Who Should Attend
ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) is now a household name in accreditation. It is widely accepted as the defining standard for personal computer users. It has become the most publicly recognised IT certification programme throughout Europe.
Who is it aimed at?
The ECDL course is of particular benefit to those who want to learn the fundamentals in using a computer. Typically participants fall into the following categories:
- People who work with computers but have no formal training or certification
- People who are seeking a career in administration, secretarial, sales & marketing, accounts and require formal training and certification in computer application
- anybody who will use computers in a personal or professional environment
What’s involved in the course?
The European Computer Driving Licence programme is built around a skills card. The card records the skills demonstrated by students in each of the seven modules. As students successfully complete each module, the corresponding skill is noted on a skills card. The final achievement of a full card leads to the award of the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL).
