Background
In today’s ever-changing business climate it is essential for organisations to have a disciplined and planned approach to Project Management. This course is designed to equip candidates with the necessary skill and project tools to accomplish this task. Therefore ensuring that projects are planned, financed, priced and rolled out to successful completion in an efficient and effective manner.
Who should attend?
This course is aimed at project managers who are new to the discipline and project managers who wish to fine-tune their current skill set, team leaders, supervisors, & project team members and or individuals in the organisation who have been exposed to project management.
Certification
Candidates are required to produce skills demonstration and assignments during the courses covering the following areas – Change Context, Project Management Fundamentals, Risk & Quality Management, Change and Configuration Management, Managing People, Initial Planning for Projects, Project Monitoring and Control, and Managing Contracts for Projects. This is achieved during the course through assignments and skills demonstrations which build a portfolio of project work, candidates will also be required to submit a final assignment document. This portfolio of work will be assessed for FETAC certification purposes. Successful completion of all assignments will result in FETAC Level 6 Project Management Certification.

Duration
This course will run one night per week for 8 weeks from 18:30-21:30. Please see our course calendar for current dates.
Fees
The fee for the course is €895, this fee includes tuition and documentation. If participants wish to pursue certification there is an additional administration charge of €50 per person.
